Good for our small church
We switched from QuickBooks Online for our church's Bank Reconciliation. Aplos was pretty easy to get the hang of. The free trial was great, but I wish there was a clear discount code for nonprofits during signup. Still, very happy with it overall.
Comprehensive features, some learning curve
Our organization subscribed to the Fund Accounting Software and also got the Online Donation Tools. The onboarding process was mostly smooth, but understanding some of the advanced reporting features took a bit of time. I really liked the Bank Reconciliation; it saved us a lot of manual work. We also used the Custom Giving Pages, and they looked professional, which was important for our donors. Customer support helped with a few specific questions about setting up our chart of accounts, and they were quite helpful. It's a robust system, just expect to spend some time learning it if you're new to this kind of software.

Decent, but room for improvement
We got the Nonprofit CRM and it's been mostly good. The Donor Management features are solid, and it helped us organize our contacts. Setting up the recurring giving was a bit clunky, took some time to figure out. Customer support was responsive when I had a question, though. Overall, a useful tool, but not perfect.
